Trespass case booked on   Businessman  

Jubilee Hills Police Booked case on Business Man on Trespass charges. On a complaint filed by the Sameer Ahmed Ansari against businessman Pramod kumar, Who Also Claimed as Managing Director Munna United.

According to complainant details are as follows … Sameer Ahmed resident of Bahadur Yar Jung Colony, Hyderabad. Last Year accused has leased out the 1000 Sq.ft. property on the first floor of a building bearing number 8-2-120/C/98/10, Road No 2 of Banjara Hills, to Ansari to run a Food Joint. Accused having a lease of the first floor and given on sub lease to Ansari on rental basis by taking Rs.7 lac of deposit. After taking the full deposit amount accused promise to complete the needed structure work in the premises and hand it over to him to start the Food Joint.

 ‘Pramod Kumar Failed and expressed his helplessness and asked me to complete the construction and furnishing the property with my own funds. And he also gave an option to complete the work and deduct the investment from the monthly rents. Following I have started the work but Pramod changed his mind and started disturbing me to stop the work framing different reasons. Due to his disturbances am unable to run the Food Joint as already I have invested Rs.45 lacs till now.’ Said Complainant to Media. In this backdrop complainant went out  of station for couple of days, when Pramod kumar manager entered  to the said property along with some hired goons and stopped the final furnishing work forcibly. Complainant said that ‘After managers serious threats my workers and staff left the place by locking the door. When I reached my place on august 6th I noticed that lock was broken and entire furniture damaged inside.” Following Complainant lodged a complaint with Jubilee Hills Police, while they booked case under section 448,  427, 506 r/w 34 IPC and investigating the case.
